Nova Scotia, 1860-63, 10¢ vermilion (12 var.), two diagonally bisected halves, placed together and tied by neat Halifax "H" oval grid on cover to Charlestown Mass., red "Paid 10" in circle exchange office handstamp, Halifax c.d.s., Feb 18, 1861 c.d.s. on reverse, Very Fine and most unusual.
