Canada, 1858, Queen Victoria, ½d rose (11), horizontal pair, positions 69-70 (83-84 in the original sheet of 120), right stamp showing a very strong re-entry, nicely centered and neatly canceled, bit of minor reinforcement (not mentioned on accompanying certificate), fresh and F.-V.F. and exceedingly rare.
