Dobrovolsky, Tsinanfoo, China" company oval h.s., reverse with "U.S. Postal Agency, Shanghai China, Jul 20, 1920" origin d.c.d.s., New York (8.18.) transit and Duesseldorf (9.2) arrival; small edge flaws, Very Fine and scarce registered use from Shanghai.
