These booklets were on sale from October 15, 1964, until February 25, 1965, at the Wheaton Plaza Self-Service Post Office in Silver Spring, MD. They were provisional to the release of the 25¢ Revere coil (Scott #1059A) to meet the Parcel Post rate in effect at the time. They contained a block of #1048.
