Canada, 1893, Queen Victoria "Widow's Weeds", 20¢ vermilion (46), bright, fresh and beautifully centered with the Queen wearing sunglasses, the result of a Quebec c.d.s. struck so that the tops of the "29" in the Jan 29, 1895 date are filled in with ink and exactly align with the Queen's eyes, an Extremely Fine and unique bit of philatelic whimsy.
