1917-19 Washington-Franklin plate blocks (499//517), selection of 30 comprising: 2¢ from Error plate (2), 3¢ type I (2), 3¢ type II (3), 4¢ (2), 5¢ (4), 7¢ (2), 8¢ (3), 9¢ (2), 10¢ & 11¢ (3), 12¢ (both shades) and 50¢ (2); original gum, most never hinged, few small faults but majority F-VF.
