Canada, - 1898-1902 Numeral Balance, about 55 stamps, ½¢//20¢ including a few blocks; just about all mint including 2¢ purple (4, three NH), 5¢ (3), 8¢ (2) & 20¢ (3 mint, 1 used); all selected for centering, and while there are a few higher values with tiny flaws, nothing is less than VF and the vast majority are XF or better; few mint without gum, many lower values NH. Scott value is about $4,100.
