Paid, Feb 16" exchange office c.d.s., red pencil "3" and "96" credit markings in the same hand, red London PAID transit c.d.s. (Feb 27), backstamped Hong Kong (Apr 9); couple 30¢ with tiny faults, cover with trivial corner repair, a Very Fine and at top three-color franking.
