Pkt., Apr 18" exchange office c.d.s. on reverse, red manuscript "28" credit plus red London PAID transit c.d.s. (Apr 30) and "1d" handstamp; backstamped Hong Kong (Jun 23); manuscript instruction reads "via Steamer America from Boston 17 Apl"; 3¢ with small sealed tear, otherwise Very Fine. A late use of the 33¢ rate.
