May 10 1857" c.d.s.s on folded letter to Laval, France; red "New Paid York/ 12/ May 19" exchange office c.d.s., French "Et. Unis Serv. Br. A. C. 1 Juin 57" entry c.d.s., reverse with a French transit and "Laval 2 Juin 57" arrival c.d.s.; slight gum staining affects bottom margin of right stamp, Very Fine.
