Canada, 1897, Queen Victoria "Maple Leaf", 5¢ dark blue on bluish (70), upper left corner margin block of four, position 1 shows signs of a strong shift in and above "CANA", also shows a position dot above the upper left corner and in the outer white oval at left; exceptionally bright and fresh with full, never hinged original gum, F.-V.F. and very scarce.
