1923, 2¢ carmine, rotary coil waste (595), top margin star and plate no. 14247 block of four, wide natural straightedge (as virtually always) with full guide line, quite well centered for this difficult and scarce plate block, original gum, never hinged, nearly Very Fine, definitely undergraded, especially for this rare coil waste.
