Plate Block Collection, 1920-1940, largely complete, the flat plates are all tops, plus some coils (597-606, 599A line pairs, etc.), including 548-50, many of the 1922 issue to the 25¢ 579, 581-91, 610-21, and apparently complete to 1940 (less Kansas-Nebraska/plus definitives to the Prominent Americans, generally F-VF, many never hinged, a superior collection.
