1943-46, 1¢-5¢ Roosevelt, large die proofs on India (930P1-933P1), full cards, each is punched for a small 3-ring binder and is handstamped on reverse "Engraver’s Stock Proof/Authorized by (initials)" with blue control number. F.-V.F. The 1¢ value is unlisted by Scott—the 5¢ is unpriced; each is believed unique outside of BEP archives.
