1945, 3¢ Roosevelt, five Dorothy Knapp handpainted Patriotic FDCs (932), each a different patriotic theme including the Statue of Liberty, the Liberty Bell and the U.S. Coast Guard, numbered in the design by Knapp as numbers 12-15 & 18, each bearing a block of four tied by Washington, D.C. first day cancel, unaddressed. Very Fine.
