1901, 8¢ Pan-American (298), lower right imprint & plate no. block of 8 with "8c" registration marks. Fresh and exceptionally well centered. O.g., the top four stamps with only the vaguest hint of hinging. Trifling perf strengthening (not mentioned on the accompanying certificate). Very Fine.
