1918 24¢ carmine rose and blue, blue "top" only (C3 var.), top arrow two plate numbers and blue "top" only block of 12, original gum, lightly hinged in selvage only stamps never hinged, well centered, rich colors. Light crease in the 3rd and 5th vertical pairs, invisible from the front. Handsome Very Fine appearance.
