1881, 1¢ gray blue and 3¢ blue green, re-engraved, Douglas patent 8-hole punch (206-207 vars.), blocks of four, original gum, latter h.r., nicely centered and fresh, 1¢ light crease as often with these fragile paper issues, otherwise F.-V.F., scarce set of blocks.
