Washington-Franklin Issue Plate Blocks, 1908-1921, includes 336 (2), 339-40, 345-57 (2-6 of each), 358, 379 (3), 416 (2), 431 (3), 433-4 (2), 463 (3, plate no. 7942), 482 (2, plate no. 7942), 498-517 plus many extras, 514 (2), 515 (3), 516 7), etc., orange and yellow issues are somewhat oxidized, otherwise all original gum, many lightly hinged, plenty never hinged, some minor flaws, but generally F-VF.
