1847, 5¢ red brown (1), mostly large margins, ample at top, striking deep shade and sharp impression from the reworked plate, tied by two strikes of red "5" and bold blue "Baltimore Md. Apr. 1" c.d.s. on pale green folded letter to Philadelphia with blue "R", nearly invisible small cover tear at top, Very Fine usage and an Extremely Fine stamp.
