1890, 2¢ lake, imperf (219De), top imprint letter "B" and plate no. 6 plate block of twelve, unused without gum, small closed tear in top margin, left and right vertical pairs with light creases, Very Fine appearance, now listed as 219DP5 but unlisted and unpriced as a plate block of 12.
