U.S. Regular Issues Collection Balance, 1851-1921, mostly used collection in three ring binder, some useful duplication, usually for shades or cancels, strong 19th century include: 7, 9, 11 (shades), 14, 22, 30A, 33, 36 (4), 37, 70 (2 shades), 75, 77, various grills to 30¢ various 1869 issues to 24¢ bank note issues to 90¢ includes several grills in need of close scrutiny, 219-29 (mostly unused), 300-309 (all unused, several shades), Washington-Franklin issues include 1¢-2¢ "bluish", booklet panes, etc., usual mixed condition but many Fine or better.
