Parcel Post, 1913, $1 carmine rose (Q12), natural straight edge, tied with 30¢ Washington-Franklin (420) on large registered address label -was apparently sewed on and the threads are still present!- from Kobe Japan tied by multiple New York double ovals, partial Holland customs label and markings, arriving in New York with purple New York Reg Div. 9/11/15 double oval, additionally franked with single and pair 5¢ (JQ3, pen cancelled), various U.S. registry markings, include "2nd Notice" 9/21/15 handstamp, New York Foreign 12/1/15 double oval, various Japanese issues tied by roller cancels, large red "R" and Kobe registered lables, blue crayon markings, some stamp flaws attributed to this usage. Overall F.-V.F.
