1903 2¢ Schermack type III (319 var), Bureau perforations at top and bottom, Shermack Type III perforations at sides. Fine. Quite unusual and perhaps similar to a privately perforated item in the Belasco sale (Siegel sale 990, lot 652). We have never seen another.
