War Dept., 1875 Special Printing, 2¢ deep rose, overprinted "Sepcimen" (error) (O84SDa), without gum as issued, deep color. Reperfed at left as often, as all the errors were straight edged. Fresh Fine appearance,and quite rare given that 1618 of the 2¢ were sold and one per 100 is the spelling error, therefore, most likely, only 17 were sold.
