Eisenhower (1890-1969), 34th President of the United States (1953-1961), 5 Star General and Supreme Commander of the Allied Expeditionary Force, typed letter signed "Ike", 7" x 10", October 17, 1962, on personal letterhead, to his close friend and advisor and National Security advisor Robert Cutter, thanking him for his birthday gift "The Great Invasion" which "is an interesting title" and in a P.S. "you're right about those first pages, I couldn't resist reading them immediately", with a signed "D" at the end of the P.S., a little toning at the top edge of the letter, otherwise Very Fine.
