Molotov, Vyacheslav M. (1890-1986), Rusian Stalin's Soviet Politician, typed letter signed "V. Molotov" in Russian, one sheet, 5" x 8", September 14, 1955, a memo sent to five recipients, including Nikita Khrushchev, in full, "Together with this I am sending the project of (political) note of Com(rade) Bulganin about Soviet transferred citizens which are kept in Western Germany." This letter is referring to Soviet POWs nd others who do not want to return to Soviet Russia, and the Russian government was trying to force them to return.
