Canada, 1959, 5¢ St. Lawrence Seaway, center inverted (387a), block of four. Original gum never hinged, essentially perfectly centered, bright and fresh. Vertical perfs a bit weak (not mentioned in certificate), faint almost imaginary fingerprint traces on three (truly trivial and also not mentioned in certificate). Still an Extremely Fine example of this rare multiple.
