1895, 1¢ blue, D.L. watermark (264), original gum never hinged, perfect centering, stunning deep powdery blue color. Fresh and choice Superb, surprisingly scarce in superb never hinged condition. This is the highest grade awarded by the PF and only five higher by the PSE (4 at 98J and one 100J). SSV $950 (SMQ $1,000).
