Even, all over toning and faulty, but reasonably attractive, unpriced by Scott. Estimate 10,000 - 15,000 THE ONLY OFF-COVER BLOCK OF FOUR RECORDED. Only two larger multiples are known: a block of nine used with a strip of three on cover to Ogdensburgh, N.Y.- the so-called "Hasbrouck" cover; and an irregular block of six on cover to Buffalo, N.Y., last seen in the Lapham collection nearly 70 years ago.
