1940 Green Stock Transfers, $1-$20, unfinished imperforates (RD79-85 var.), same in top margin plate blocks of 12 with arrow and "CS", ungummed, few with slight edge flaws in selvage or minor toning on reverse, otherwise Very Fine. The "CS" indicated a chromium plated steel plate.

1934-40 Wine stamps overprinted Specimen (RE84//107), 20 different with quantities ranging from five of the 40¢//$5 up to 64 of the 30¢ mostly in irregular blocks with a portion of a purple 65x8mm handstamped "SPECIMEN" visible on one or more stamps, the high values mostly show very few traces of the overprint (in fact, the $5 shows none), while the low values, for the most part, show the complete or nearly complete overprint, o.g., never hinged or without gum as issued, two $2.50 damaged, otherwise Fine to Very Fine.
