Sep 14" c.d.s., the letter was written by David Davis, an associate of Abraham Lincoln, Very Fine. Estimate 300 - 400
Davis managed Lincoln's 1860 presidential campaign and, in 1862, was appointed by Lincoln to the Supreme Court.
