1870, 12¢ dull violet (151), nearly perfectly centered with vibrant color and fresh, bright paper, cancelled by an unusual, beautifully struck "seashell"(?) somewhat reminiscent of the Philadelphia "screaming eagle", Extremely Fine and choice with a striking unlisted fancy cancel.
